Curtis Holder exhibits in ‘The Space In-Between’ at Église St Laurent, Eygalières, France
I am excited to be taking part in L’Espace Entre Deux – A Space In-Between, a landmark exhibition of contemporary portraiture and figuration.
Featuring the work of 20 highly acclaimed UK artists, the exhibition is set in the extraordinary Église St Laurent, a Romanesque church turned gallery in Eygalières, Provence, in the south of France.
The exhibition, co-curated by Nicky Ginsberg, Gabriella Beaumont and Katie Dukovcic, brings together a dynamic and thought-provoking body of work exploring themes of memory, identity, belonging, and transformation. These personal yet universal stories unfold in ways that are both poetic and political, tender and bold.
The exhibition will be opened by art critic Tabish Khan, a passionate supporter of contemporary art.
Exhibiting artists include:
Morag Caister, Yvadney Davis, Joshua Donkor, Frances Featherstone, Matt Hardman, Julie Heaton, Curtis Holder, Edwin Holder-Vale, Laura Hope, Katya Kan, Olivia Kemp, Hattie Malcomson, Thomas Mead, Patrick Morales Lee, Fiona G Roberts, Sabrina Rosenheim, Ruth Swain, Anita Taylor, Pippa Young, Martha Zmpounou.
