Curtis Holder exhibits portrait of Dame Judi Dench at Society of Graphic Fine Art 105th Annual Exhibition

I am delighted to be exhibiting a portrait of Dame Judi Dench at the 105th Annual Open Exhibition of the Society of Graphic Fine Art at Mall Galleries, London.

Established in 1919, the Society of Graphic Fine Art is the UK’s national society dedicated to excellence in drawing and draughtsmanship, encompassing both traditional and contemporary media.

The exhibition presents more than 300 works of art by Society members alongside artists selected from hundreds of submissions from across the country.

The portrait of Dame Judi Dench was drawn as part of a special edition of Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year, marking the programme’s tenth anniversary, and reflects a rare opportunity to work from life with one of the most celebrated actors of our time.

The exhibition runs from 9–14 March 2026 at Mall Galleries, The Mall, St James’s, London SW1Y 5AS, and is open daily from 10am–5pm. Entry is free.
