ING Discerning Eye 2025 exhibition opens at Mall Galleries

The ING Discerning Eye 2025 exhibition opens its doors at the Mall Galleries, London, from 14 November.

As one of six selectors, I had the privilege of curating my own section within this year’s show, alongside fellow selectors Polly Morgan, Richard Ansett, Rosie Millard, Dr Chris Stephens and Nicholas Scott.

Organised by the Discerning Eye charity and supported by ING, the annual exhibition champions small-scale works and celebrates the diversity of contemporary British art. This year’s show is the largest to date, featuring over 730 artworks by 529 artists selected from more than 6,500 entries.

Each selector made independent choices, resulting in six distinctive exhibitions within one, offering visitors a unique insight into the breadth of artistic practice across the UK.

The exhibition runs at the Mall Galleries from 14 to 23 November 2025, with a virtual edition available online until 31 December 2025.
