Curtis Holder selected for theCOLAB ‘BODY and PLACE 2026’ residency
I am pleased to share that I have been invited to take part in BODY and PLACE 2026, a drawing residency organised by theCOLAB.
The residency will take place from 01-05 June at Owlpen Manor in the Cotswolds and brings together a group of artists to develop their drawing practice through sustained observational work..
Participants are selected by Claire Mander, director of theCOLAB, in collaboration with a panel of artists and curators working across contemporary drawing and visual arts, including Elena Crippa, curator of modern and contemporary drawings at The Courtauld; Mary Doyle, Director of Drawing Room; Luce Garrigues, artist and educator; Jane Hayes Greenwood, artist; Tania Kovats, artist; and Chris Stephens, Director of the Holburne Museum.
The programme offers the opportunity to work intensively in an environment where drawing is explored as a process of observation, encounter, and response to place.
